Too late to add links for now... been too long with no blog...must let rip.
Bush still sucks. We are still dying trying to finish what we started in Iraq, and no WMD in sight. Oops! Well, Saddam was genocidal, so it's ok. Sure, we ignored genocide in Rwanda and didn't intervene while it was happening in Iraq- they were fighting the evil Iran! And then Rumsfeld was over trying to field an oil deal, don't tell me you haven't seen the photo, and Halliburton built Saddam a chemical plant. But in retrospect, it's probably a good thing we put Saddam out of business because he was so nasty. Even though we support and ignore how many other nasty tinpot dictators around the world? Ignore how many countries that already have nukes...Israel, Pakistan, and there's Korea over there, hey, I'm evil, remember me? Yeah, Saddam that rat bastard in his "spider hole", it's worth it just to get him even if it kills a bunch of folks and costs us over a billion a day. Whatever happened to Republican fiscal responsibility anyway? Whenever they want a war, they find money even if they need to borrow it. But ask them to fund school breakfast, and they want to screen every kid to make sure the illegals whose parents work the graveyard shift at Burger King and slaughter the chickens and put up the drywall, make sure those kids don't get any handouts. They test weapons and medications on our own soldiers, cut disabled Veteran's benefits and wave the flag and talk about supporting the troops. They suck down oil and blood slurpies for breakfast through straws made from the fragile fingerbones of young children sacrificed for 'democracy' and 'freedom' and any other noble shit they can sell to the American public. They, the Pentagon, the military-industrial complex, they, they, the warmakers, warmongers, those bad guys running the show. Some honestly believe they are saving the world...but there's also a fair cluster of them around the trough just happy to feed on the carnage. Anyway, who said it was a sin to get rich? Or kill people? Or get rich killing people? Whatever, May God Continue To Bless America. With more really expensive weapons. To protect us from sophisticated evildoers with...Kalishnikovs and box cutters and laptops.
Anyway, who to replace the evil son-of-a-Bush? Dean was the man, but then that scream, and the swipe at the South, and all...plus, Kerry has that Dudley-Do-Right thing going on. Not just his military service, but his chin and poofy hair thing. Me, I want Kucinich, he is the only one that voted his conscience and actually acknowledges what is happening in this country. But people don't want the truth. They can't handle the truth. Especially when it comes from a guy who looks like an old hobbit on crack. Telegenic, baby, gotta be telegenic. Besides, candidates all say things that they don't do after they are elected; or even if they try to follow through, they can get caught up in Congress. So just look for personality. Leadership. Or just someone who appears presidential. And we all know anyone who runs against Bush takes all; we learned our lesson with the Greens last time around.
Blarrrgghhhh. Same old shit. Stuck in the past. Shouldn't have used nukes on Japan. What's new? We are outsourcing jobs to China and I know an unemployed guy may be going there to seek work...maybe train his replacements? Globalization does funny things.
